Living in central New Mexico, I have a problem with the brochures in English!
American Diabetes Association has all the information in English and Spanish, just ask.
The Spanish section of the American Diabetes Association is very large (see link below).
You can also EsTuDiabetes.com join a community for people affected by diabetes to 100% in Spanish. There are many resources that can be called into question in Spain, and notify affected a growing community of people infected or diabetes.
